Meaty Porcupines - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1/2 c. uncooked rice
    1 1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 t. salt
    1/2 t. celery salt
    1/8 t. garlic powder
    1/8 t. pepper
    2 T. oil
    2- 8 oz. cans tomato sauce
    2 T. worchestershire sauce
Preparation
    Mix ground beef, rice, 1/2 c. water, onion, salt, garlic powder and pepper.
    Shape into balls.
    Heat oil in skillet, brown meat balls on all sides.
    Stir together tomato sauce, celery salt, worchestershire sauce and 1 c. water.
    Pour over meatballs and simmer for 45 mins.
