Baked Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 cooked, peeled and diced potatoes
    1 lb. American cheese, diced (Velveeta)
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 lb. bacon, partly fried and crumbled
    1/4 c. sliced olives
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Combine ingredients except bacon and olives.
    Place in 9 x 13-inch baking dish and top with bacon and olives.
    Bake 1 hour.
    Never fails.
    Delicious!
