Fresh Vegetable Marinade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 stalks fresh broccoli
    8 large fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1 medium green pepper, sliced
    3 stalks celery, chopped
    1 small head cauliflower
    1 c. sugar
    2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1 1/2 c. canola oil
    1 small onion, grated
    2 Tbsp. poppy seed
Preparation
    Break the broccoli and cauliflower into flowerettes.
    Combine the raw vegetables; toss lightly.
    Combine remaining ingredients. Mix well and pour over vegetables.
    Chill at least 3 hours. Serves 10 to 12.
