Chicken Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    boneless chicken breasts, cut into strips
    green peppers
    onions
    broccoli
    carrots
    Chinese vegetables
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    water
Preparation
    Cut vegetables into bite size pieces.
    Pour a little oil in frying pan.
    Cook vegetables until almost done.
    Add chicken.
    Add soy sauce, cornstarch and a little water.
    Cook until vegetables are done.
    Serve over rice.
    (Beef cubes or turkey cutlets can also be used.)
