Baked Spinach - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz.) can spinach
    1 qt. sweet milk or 1 large can sweetened condensed milk and rest water
    3 Tbsp. flour
    5 raw eggs
    1 tsp. sage
    1 tsp. thyme
    salt and pepper to taste
    7 slices bacon, cooked
Preparation
    Boil spinach, sage and thyme in a little water, about 5 minutes. Put in colander and drain. Make a paste with flour and a little milk. Add eggs and beat. Put in milk and spinach. Put into greased baking pan using bacon grease. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. When firm, stir a little and cook 10 more minutes. Place bacon strips on top and brown.
