Mexican Hot Dish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hamburger
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can enchilada sauce
1 can evaporated milk
1 lb. cheese
1 bag corn chips
Preparation

Brown beef, seasoned as you like.
Combine soups, milk, enchilada sauce and 1/2 the cheese over medium heat until cheese melts.
In a casserole pan layer corn chips on the bottom of pan. Combine soup mixture and beef, then pour over chips.
Top with the rest of cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for at least 25 minutes.
