Barbecue Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. breasts and wings, cut up
    1/4 c. salad oil
    2 medium onions, sliced
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 c. catsup
    1 c. water
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    2 to 3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
Preparation
    Place meat in oil with onions and celery.
    Cook slowly until light brown; drain off oil.
    While meat is browning, heat rest of ingredients, stirring and simmer for 10 minutes.
    Place in a 13 x 9-inch pan or dish.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/4 hours, uncovered. Baste every 20 minutes.
    Pour sauce over chicken.
    Bake.
