Perfection Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. unflavored gelatin
1/4 c. cold water
1/4 sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. hot water
1/4 c. mild vinegar
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. chopped pimento
1/2 c. finely shredded cabbage
3/4 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. grated carrots
Preparation

Soften gelatin in cold water.
Add sugar, salt and hot water and stir until dissolved.
Add vinegar and lemon juice.
Cool. Rinse mold in cold water.
When gelatin begins to slightly thicken, add vegetables.
Pour in mold.
Chill in refrigerator until firm.
Unmold on lettuce or salad greens.
Serves 6.
