Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 soup can milk
    3/4 c. rice (uncooked)
    1 (4 oz.) jar mushrooms (undrained)
    1 envelope onion soup mix
    6 boneless chicken breasts
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Combine soup and milk
    in
    a
    medium
    size
    mixing bowl (reserve half of mixture for top of casserole).
    Combine rice, mushrooms with liquid and half
    of onion soup mix with half of soup and milk mixture.
    Pour
    into
    a large greased casserole. Place chicken breasts on top.
    Pour reserved soup mixture over top and sprinkle with remaining dry soup.
    Cover with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1
    hour.
    Remove
    foil and bake an additional 15 minutes. Serves 6.
