Tuna Ring - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg, slightly beaten (reserve 1 Tbsp. for top)
    1 can tuna, drained
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    1/2 c. parsley flakes (1/4 c. is okay)
    1 tsp. celery salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Mix ingredients.
    Spread onto biscuit mix that has been rolled out (use 2 cups biscuit mix with 1/2 cup water).
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
