Sunday Stew(Portuguese) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large onions
1 small piece celery root
3/4 lb. ground meat
about 1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
2 tsp. paprika
1 bouillon cube
3 Tbsp. tomato paste
3/4 c. water
pasta (shells)
Preparation

Peel and chop onions. Cut celery into small cubes.
Brown meat in a pot while stirring so that it evenly crumbles.
Saute onion and celery with meat.
When meat is almost brown, season and add bouillon cube, tomato paste and water; stir well and simmer for several minutes. Prepare pasta according to directions on package. Add cooked pasta to stew.
Makes 4 servings.
Preparation time: 15 minutes.

20 minutes.
