Tuna Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can tuna (packaged in spring water)
    1 small onion, chopped fine
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    6 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
    1 1/2 Tbsp. Tabasco sauce
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix together tuna, cream cheese, Tabasco sauce, onion, salt, 4 tablespoons parsley flakes and roll into a ball or log.
    On wax paper mix 2 tablespoons parsley flakes and chopped nuts.
    Roll tuna in mixture.
    Refrigerate.
