Orange Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    15 1/4 oz. can crushed pineapple
    2 small pkg. orange-pineapple Jell-O
    1 small carton cottage cheese
    1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip
Preparation
    Heat pineapple and juice and Jell-O.
    Simmer until dissolved. Let it cool.
    While cooling, mash cottage cheese with a fork. Fold in Cool Whip and cottage cheese into pineapple mixture. Refrigerate.
