Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 1/3 c. coconut
3 1/2 c. whipped topping (Cool Whip), thawed
1 graham cracker crust (Ready Crust brand pie crust)
1/2 c. milk
Preparation

Beat cream cheese until softened; beat in sugar.
Gradually add milk and beat until smooth.
Fold
in coconut and whipped topping.
Spoon into crust.
Freeze until firm, about 4 hours. Let stand at room temperature to soften before serving.
