Spinach Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box frozen chopped spinach
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 Tbsp. grated onion
    1/4 c. melted butter
    3/4 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 beaten egg
    1 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Cook spinach; drain well.
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Bake, uncovered, in a greased casserole dish (top will brown) about 35 minutes.
    This dish can be doubled or tripled.
    (Just increase stuffing by 1/2 cup each time.)
