Chocolate Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks oleo
    3 rounded Tbsp. cocoa
    3 c. sugar
    1 c. evaporated milk
    vanilla
Preparation
    Mix all in a heavy boiler.
    Bring to a full boil and cook for 3 minutes.
    Remove from heat and add vanilla.
    Pour into large bowl and beat until right to spread.
    Seems to cook in 2 1/2 minutes.
