English Toffee - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. margarine
    1 1/3 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 sq. unsweetened chocolate, melted and cooled
    6 eggs
    1/2 c. dry milk crystals
Preparation
    Beat the margarine and sugar for 5 minutes or longer, until fluffy and creamy.
    Add the vanilla, cooled chocolate and 2 eggs; beat 3 minutes at medium speed.
    Add 2 more eggs; beat 3 minutes at medium speed.
    Add 2 more eggs and the dry milk crystals; beat 2 minutes.
    Place in a 9 x 13-inch pan lined with graham cracker crust.
    Chill or freeze overnight.
