Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry active yeast
    3 Tbsp. warm water
    5 c. all-purpose flour
    5 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. shortening
    2 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Sift dry ingredients together. Cut in shortening.
    Stir in yeast and buttermilk.
    Dough will be sticky.
    Knead in enough flour to handle, but don't make dough stiff.
    Roll and cut.
    Let rise 30 to 60 minutes.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 10 to 12 minutes.
    Dough will last a week in the refrigerator, but will need to rise at least a full hour once cut.
