Red Snapper With Roasted Pecans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. fennel seed
    4 large red snapper filets
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1/3 c. roasted pecans
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    lemon juice
    salt to preference
Preparation
    In a motor, grind pepper, salt, paprika and fennel seed. Sprinkle over each filet.
    Heat 2 tablespoons butter in large frying pan.
    Add fish and cook 4 minutes.
    Turn over filets and cook 4 minutes.
    Remove cooked filets from pan.
    Add remaining butter to pan and melt.
    Add pecans.
    Cook 1 minute.
    Add lemon juice and mix.
    Pan over cooked hot filets.
    Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
