Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. round steak
    5 to 6 large carrots, cut in small chunks
    3 stalks celery, cut in small chunks
    4 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 can condensed beef broth
    1 can golden mushroom soup
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Cut round steak into 1-inch cubes and fry in oil.
    Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat and simmer partially covered for 1 hour.
