Lasagne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground turkey
    1/2 sage pork sausage
    8 oz. lasagne noodles
    large Ricotta cheese
    16 oz. Mozzarella
    14.5 oz. canned tomatoes
    16 oz. tomato sauce
    3 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
Preparation
    Brown turkey and pork meat in pan.
    Drain juice off and add tomato sauce, tomatoes and seasoning.
    Simmer meat for 30 minutes. Put lasagna noodles on to boil at this time.
    While noodles are boiling, grated the Mozzarella cheese and open Ricotta.
    When noodles are tender, place small amount of meat juice in bottom of 9 x 13-inch glass casserole dish.
    Start layering ingredients: noodles, meat and sauce, Mozzarella and Ricotta.
    The next layer of noodles should be placed in the opposite direction.
    Continue layering pattern stopping with Ricotta on top.
