Broccoli Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. broccoli, chopped and thawed
    2 Tbsp. salad oil
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
    1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. rice
Preparation
    Cook rice.
    Heat first 3 ingredients in large casserole dish for 5 minutes.
    Add soup and heat until bubbly.
    Add rest of ingredients except cheese.
    Sprinkle cheese on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
