Stuffed Mushroom Appetizers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 large fresh mushrooms
    8 oz. Italian sausage, remove casing
    1/2 clove garlic, crushed
    1 tsp. parsley
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 c. tomato salsa
    1/3 c. bread crumbs
    1/4 c. grated fresh Romano cheese
Preparation
    Take mushrooms and wash; cut off stems and dice stems in fry-pan with sausage, garlic and seasoning.
    When completely cooked, remove from heat; add salsa, bread crumbs and cheese and mix.
    Lay mushroom caps on flat surface and fill with sausage mixture.
    Place stuffed mushrooms on an oiled baking pan.
    Add a little water to the pan and bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 25 minutes.
