3 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. warm water
1 (1 lb.) pkg. farmer cheese
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. chopped chives
2 c. heavy cream
1/2 c. butter
Preparation

Sift flour, baking powder and salt into a large bowl; make a well.
Add 2 beaten eggs and water; stir to make a soft dough. Turn out onto a lightly floured surface and knead until quite elastic.
Cover with bowl and allow to rest 10 minutes.
