Bacon 'N Eggs Pancake Roll-Up - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 or 9-inch) pancakes
    16 slices bacon
    6 eggs, scrambled
    1/2 c. cooked, chopped onion
    1/2 c. cooked, chopped green pepper
Preparation
    Prepare pancakes using pancake mix.
    Cut 8 slices bacon into pieces 1
    inch
    long.
    Pan-fry
    until
    lightly
    browned. Drain. Cook 8 additional bacon slices; drain and keep warm.
