Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

24 fresh mushrooms
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. chopped almonds
3/4 c. bread crumbs
1/3 c. sherry
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
Preparation

Remove stems from mushrooms, chop finely and set aside.
In skillet, melt butter, add stems and cook until tender.
Add onion soup mix, bread crumbs and almonds; mix well.
Stir in sherry.
