Ingredients
    14 oz. Kraft caramels
    2/3 c. evaporated milk
    1 German chocolate cake mix
    1 c. chopped nuts
    6 oz. pkg. milk chocolate chips
Preparation
    1st:
    Melt caramels and 1/3 cup evaporated milk in double boiler.
