Pot Roast In Beer - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 bouillon cubes
    parsley
    4 peppercorns
    2 garlic cloves
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. sugar
    3 c. boiling water
    2 stalks celery
    2 small onions
    1 bay leaf
    2 tsp. salt
    1 can beer
    4 to 5 lb. pot roast, browned
Preparation
    Dissolve beef cubes in water.
    Add other ingredients.
    Bring to boil and add meat.
    Lower heat and simmer 3 hours.
    After about 2 hours add carrots, onions and potatoes.
    When cooked, remove to platter.
    Strain juice and make gravy.
