Glorified Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. flour
3 Tbsp. canola oil
1 medium onion, sliced
6 pork chops (1/2-inch thick)
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 soup can water
salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste
Preparation

Season each pork chop with salt, pepper and garlic.
Dip into flour.
Brown in canola oil about 10 minutes, browning onion at the same time in the same skillet.
Drain.
Stir in soup and water. Reduce heat to low.
Cover; simmer until pork chops are fork-tender, stirring occasionally.
Makes 6 servings.
Serve over rice.
