Dark Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. sugar
    2 sq. chocolate
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 (13 oz.) can milk
    1 c. marshmallows
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cook sugar, chocolate, butter and milk, stirring constantly, until mixture forms soft ball (234\u00b0).
    Cool slightly and add marshmallows and vanilla.
    Beat until smooth and creamy.
    Pour into a buttered pan.
    Add 1 cup nuts, if desired.
