Summer Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. ground beef
    5 tsp. Morton quick salt
    2 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    2 1/2 tsp. onion salt
    2 1/2 tsp. mustard seed
    2 tsp. coarse ground pepper
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together very thoroughly with your hands for 10 to 15 minutes.
    Cover bowl and set overnight in refrigerator.
    Form into logs 8 x 2-inch or 6 logs per 5 pounds ground beef.
    Bake in oven for 3 hours at 200\u00b0 turning every 45 minutes.
    Use broiler pan to bake on to let grease drip.
    As soon as log is done, wrap in paper towels to soak up all excess grease. Serve when cool.
    Will keep in refrigerator for 3 weeks.
    Can be frozen.
