Diabetic Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can pineapple chunks (own juice)
    1 can fruit cocktail
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. water
    2 tsp. artificial sweetener
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 Tbsp. orange juice
Preparation
    Mix juice from pineapple and lemon juice in enough orange juice to make 1 cup.
    Add sweetener. Dissolve cornstarch in water. Add to juices.
    Boil, stirring constantly, until thickened. Cool.
    Mix all together.
    Add sliced bananas, apples, grapes, etc.
