Spinach Supreme Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach souffle, defrosted
    1 lb. bacon, fried and crumbled
    2 eggs
    3 Tbsp. milk
    2 tsp. chopped onion
    1 c. sliced mushrooms (canned)
    1 c. grated Swiss cheese
    1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
Preparation
    Mix together the first 7 ingredients and pour into pie shell. Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Reduce oven to 325\u00b0.
    Bake for 45 minutes longer or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Yields 6 to 8 servings.
