Ernest Tea - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 tea bags
    rind of 3 lemons
    juice of 7 lemons
    8 c. cold water
    12 sprigs mint
    8 c. boiling water
    2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Steep the tea, mint and lemon rind in the boiling water for 12 minutes.
    Remove the tea, mint and lemon rind from the water.
    Add the lemon juice and sugar and strain.
    Add the cold water.
    Makes 1 gallon.
