Barbecue Beef Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1/3 c. green pepper, chopped
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 c. catsup
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. salt
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Saute onion, celery and green pepper in butter.
    Add rest of ingredients.
    Roast 3 to 4 pound beef roast until done.
    Slice and add to sauce.
    Simmer.
    Serve on buns.
