Brownie Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. unsweetened cocoa, divided
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 milk
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1 3/4 c. boiling water
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Combine flour, granulated sugar, 1/4 cup cocoa, baking powder and salt in a bowl. Stir in milk, butter and vanilla until smooth. Stir in chocolate chips. Spread in an ungreased, shallow 1 1/2-quart casserole dish. Sprinkle brown sugar and 1/4 cup cocoa on top. Place in oven; pour boiling water over the top. Bake, uncovered, 35 minutes. Cool 10 minutes before serving. Serve with ice cream or whipped topping. Makes 6 servings. Preparation time: 15 minutes.
