Alfalfa Layered Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. alfalfa sprouts
    1 1/2 c. chopped green onions
    2 c. chopped celery
    1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts
    1 (10 oz.) box frozen English peas, cooked
    2 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Layer in a large, round, glass bowl the following ingredients in the order listed:
    alfalfa sprouts, green onions, celery, water chestnuts and peas.
