Cabbage Slaw(Make 2 Days Ahead) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 large cabbage, cut into quarters
    3 peeled cucumbers
    2 green peppers
    3 carrots
    1 large onion
Preparation
    Cut cabbage into thick slices or strands.
    Slice cucumbers thin.
    Cut peppers into chunks or slices.
    Slice carrots on diagonal.
    Cut onion into rings and then in half.
