Speedies With Venison - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. salad oil
    1/2 c. vinegar (cider or wine)
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3 lb. meat
    1 tsp. parsley
    1 clove garlic
    1 tsp. oregano
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together, except meat. Cut meat into small cubes.
    Pour ingredients over meat and mix well.
    Let marinate overnight in refrigerator. Cook on skewers over hot coals. These will keep in marinade 7 to 10 days without spoiling.
