Holiday Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    4 oz. unsweetened chocolate
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1 tsp. rum extract
    2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/4 c. flour
    1 c. chopped walnuts
    1 (7.5 oz.) tub S & W glace cherries
Preparation
    Melt butter and chocolate in saucepan.
    Let cool.
    In separate bowl, mix next 5 ingredients.
    Gradually add flour.
    Beat until smooth.
    Spread mixture in 9 x 13-inch greased pan.
    Bake 35 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Cool before cutting 2-inch squares from pan. Makes approximately 2 dozen.
