Ingredients

1 roll refrigerator sugar cookie dough
1/3 c. sugar
1 pt. Cool Whip
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
fruit topping (any combination fresh kiwi, blueberries, strawberries, blackberries, cherries and mandarin oranges; pineapple not suitable)
Preparation

Spread dough out on pizza pan.
Cook at temperature noted on package.
However, undercook dough.
Do not let it get too brown or crunchy.
Remove from oven.
Cool completely.
Mix Cool Whip, cream cheese and sugar.
Spread on cooked dough.
Top with fruit of your choice.
Chill 2 hours before serving.
Serves 8 to 10.
