Bran Muffins(Diet) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 c. bran flakes
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1/4 c. reduced-calorie margarine
    liquid sugar substitute to equal 1/4 c. sugar
    6 Tbsp. raisins
Preparation
    Sift flour and soda together into medium-sized mixing bowl. Add bran flakes.
    Combine buttermilk, egg, margarine and sugar substitute.
    Add milk mixture to dry ingredients, stirring only enough to mix ingredients slightly.
    Add raisins.
    Spoon batter into nonstick muffin cups.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 18 to 20 minutes.
