Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cooked chicken
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    2 c. celery
    1 c. water chestnuts
    1/2 c. almonds
    4 hard-boiled eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. chicken or mushroom soup, undiluted
    1/2 c. fresh onion
    1/4 c. red pimentos
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. mixed herbs (rosemary or thyme)
    1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
    1 1/2 c. potato chips
Preparation
    Dice chicken.
    Chop the celery and water chestnuts.
    Sliver almonds.
    Chop eggs.
    Soup is added along with chopped onion and pimento.
    Mix garlic powder and herbs in mayonnaise and lemon juice.
    Fold into mixture and bake with topping of grated cheese and crushed potato chips at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
