Chocolate Chip Cheesecake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. finely crushed Oreo cookies
1/4 c. melted margarine
3 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand milk
3 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. mini-chocolate chips
1 tsp. flour
Preparation

Combine cookies and margarine.
Pat firmly on bottom of a 9-inch spring-form pan.
In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy, then add Eagle Brand milk.
Beat until smooth and add eggs and vanilla, mix well.
In a small bowl, toss together 1/2 cup chocolate chips with flour to coat.
Stir into cheese mixture.
Pour into prepared pan.
Sprinkle remaining chips over top.
Bake for 1 hour at 300\u00b0.
Cool to room temperature.
Chill then remove from pan and enjoy.
