Ingredients

1 (5 to 6 lb.) standing rib roast
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. mustard
1/4 c. prepared horseradish
Preparation

Heat oven to 475\u00b0.
Rub meat with garlic and sprinkle with salt and paprika.
Place meat in uncovered roasting pan, fat side up.
Cook 30 minutes or until browned.
Reduce temperature to 325\u00b0 and cook until meat is tender, allowing 30 minutes per pound for medium-well and 18 minutes per pound for rare meat.
