Twenty Minute Chocolate Cake And Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. plain flour
    2 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 sticks margarine
    4 Tbsp. cocoa
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. buttermilk (or add 2 Tbsp. vinegar to sweet milk)
    1 tsp. soda
    2 eggs
    1/4 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Sift together first 3 ingredients.
    Boil next 3 ingredients, margarine, cocoa and water.
    Add buttermilk, soda, eggs, vanilla and flour mixture.
    Pour into a greased 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Five minutes before cake is done, make icing.
