Homemade Sauerkraut - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 gal. cold water
1/2 c. canning salt
1 c. vinegar
cabbage
Preparation
-
Mix first 3 ingredients and let stand for 24 hours.
Chop cabbage, clean jars and lids real hot.
Pack cabbage in jars. Pour warm solution over cabbage and seal.
