Cottage Cheese Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pt. small curd cottage cheese
    5 eggs, slightly beaten
    3/4 c. walnuts
    1/2 c. milk (can use low-fat)
    3/4 to 1 cube margarine or butter, softened
    2 (14 oz.) pkg. Washington broth (vegetable or beef), don't dissolve
    1 large chopped onion
    4 c. Special K cereal
    ketchup on top (optional)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well.
    Put into a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Tastes just like meat loaf, but no hamburger.
    Makes 1 loaf.
