Lemon Squares 1 - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 stick margarine
1/4 c. confectioners sugar
1 c. flour
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
juice of 1 lemon

Preparation

Melt margarine.
Add confectioners sugar and 1 cup flour. Press into a 9 x 9-inch pan.
Bake 10 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Beat eggs. Add sugar, flour, baking powder and lemon juice.
Spread over hot crust and bake 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
