Bromwoods Spinach - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    3 eggs, well beaten
    2 Tbsp. flour
    16 oz. creamed cottage cheese
    1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
    4 Tbsp. butter, melted into shallow casserole
Preparation
    Cook spinach and drain well.
    (May defrost and cook in microwave.)
    Add flour to slightly beaten eggs and beat until smooth.
    Add cottage cheese, spinach and Cheddar cheese.
    Spread into buttered casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Remove from oven 10 minutes before serving.
    Cut into squares.
